I am sceptical about ordering on the Internet, can you reassure me?

Let us try! Healthier Solutions is a mail order business, which also uses the internet in addition to phone and mail for receiving orders from customers. We try to give you all of the options possible. Further details are in the "About Us" section.

Our transactions go through a "Shopping Basket" system, using a ("padlocked") secure server, to take credit and debit cards details.

Are you certain that my financial details are safe?

Only Healthier Solutions and our supplier, Neways, have access to your financial details and we do not store them for future orders. All cards are processed by Neways International.

When do you debit my account for payment?

For payments by credit or debit card, payment will not be debited from your account until the order is processed by Neways.

I am not happy with the goods I ordered. What can I do?

Our 30-day 'No-Quibble' guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your goods and they are unopened and unused, then we will accept their return within 30 days, and refund your money in full, including return postage costs*. Simply re-send the goods back to us with a covering note including your name, address and date of purchase. Upon inspection, a refund will be made.

*We will only refund your carriage costs at the 2nd class postage rate. Ensure the goods are sent by 2nd class recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility should the returned goods go missing through the postal system.

I would like to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. If your goods have already been despatched we will accept their return* provided they are unopened and unused. In the case of a cancelled order that had been despatched and then returned to us, we will not cover the cost of the return postage.

* Ensure the goods are sent by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility should the returned goods go missing through the postal system.

After I have placed my order, how long before I receive it?

We aim to process your order within 1 working day. We will e-mail you (if you provided a valid email address) when your order has been processed. All orders are despatched via the Neways warehouse and the usual delivery time is within 4 - 5 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail for small orders, or Parcel Force (usually) for larger orders.

What do I do if the products fail to arrive after 14 days from notification of processing?

Please contact us by e-mail or phone (see "Contact Us") and we will investigate with Neways and the carrier.
